Salary: £35k - £50k (dependant on experience), plus package.

General Description of Job:
One of the world’s leading geotechnical and structural monitoring companies seek experienced and capable candidates to support its fast development.
Proposed positions are currently located in London (England), in Middle East (Abu Dabi), and in other countries around the world.

Main Purpose of Job:
To ensure successful completion of all activities associated with a specific project. Ensuring it is completed within budget and programme and to the client’s satisfaction.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
Supervision of designated project team, dependant on project these would either be full time or part time - Data Manager, Engineers and Technicians and any sub contractors (surveyors, drillers, enabling works contractor). Reporting directly to company Operations Manager

Located:
è London with occasional visits to the head office in Maidstone, Kent.
è Abu Dhabi
è Other locations possible

Key Tasks:
Take ownership of awarded contract from company’s Commercial Department.
To be the main point of contact for client and 3^rd party liaison.
Maintain a presence on site, attend site/client/3^rd party meetings, coordinate, monitor and manage the project progress to ensure successful completion at each project stage.
Report to senior Management.

Knowledge and Experience Required:
Project management experience preferably within the construction or related industry
Technical understanding of monitoring methodologies (preferable but not compulsory).
Good understanding of contractual & financial issues.
Relevant qualification would be an advantage but not essential.

Skills:
Able to work with a high degree of autonomy but also as a team.
Successful communication at all levels from labourers to directors.
Able to manage multiple tasks at the same time
Managing the project team motivation.
